“I was in a long-distance relationship for two years and when I was expecting our first child, my partner and I thought it was better to reunite the family in Geneva. My partner was sure I would find a similar position here, so I resigned, but I am still looking for that job! I have had to reinvent myself professionally several times and as a result my work does not always reflect my profile and expectations. That said, I prefer to struggle to find a balance between work and other aspects of my life than not to work at all in order to have the freedom to make my own choices.”
